Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the accommodation services provided by Real Lush Properties (“Service Provider”) to its customers (“Customers”). By using the Service Provider’s services, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

The Service Provider provides short-term accommodation services, including but not limited to booking, reservations, and property management. Customers may choose from a variety of properties, including but not limited to apartments, houses, and holiday homes.

Booking and Payment

Customers can book properties through the Service Provider’s website or by contacting the Service Provider directly. Payment for the chosen property must be made in full at the time of booking, and the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the start of their stay, and will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the start of the stay, no refund will be given.

Changes to Bookings

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to a Customer’s booking in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as maintenance issues or changes in property ownership. If a change is made, the Service Provider will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.

Property Condition and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge for any damage or additional cleaning required after the Customer’s stay.

Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Customer during their stay, including but not limited to theft, loss of personal property, or personal injury. The Service Provider recommends that Customers take out adequate travel insurance to cover any such risks.

Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
